The program focuses on improving overall health of adolescent girls .
The mission has following objectives:
1. To help teenager girls understand anemia and the right approach towards treatment.
2. Create awareness about menstrual hygiene and menstruation related problems
3. To focus on overall physical health through healthy eating habits and exercise
4. To help the girls deal with psychological issues related to puberty like low self esteem, peer pressure, bullying etc.
5. To empower the girls by focusing on life skills.
